By using our website, purchasing our products, or creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

5. Purchases and Payment Processing

RelationshipSignal products may be sold through ClickBank.

When you purchase through ClickBank, your transaction is processed by ClickBank and may also be subject to ClickBank's applicable terms, policies, order support procedures, and payment requirements.

RelationshipSignal does not directly store your complete payment card information.

Product prices, included materials, and applicable offers are displayed on the relevant sales or checkout pages at the time of purchase.

The customer portal is currently powered by OnlineCourseHost.

Access instructions may be provided after purchase and may also be sent to the email address associated with your order.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for maintaining access to the email account used for your purchase.

7. Personal License

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased RelationshipSignal materials for your own personal use.

You may not:

• share paid account access with unauthorized users;
• copy or republish substantial portions of our materials;
• upload our paid content to public or shared repositories;

8. Intellectual Property

RelationshipSignal branding, original audio scripts, written materials, frameworks, diagrams, product structures, worksheets, guides, methodologies, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Masterclass Center LLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes the RelationshipSignal framework and proprietary expression of the:

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. No Guaranteed Results

Relationship experiences vary substantially between individuals and couples.

We do not guarantee any specific relationship, emotional, personal, financial, professional, or other outcome.
