RelationshipSignal purchases made through ClickBank are eligible for a refund request within 60 days of purchase.
ClickBank is the retailer of record for applicable RelationshipSignal purchases and manages the transaction and refund process.
How to request a refund
The fastest way to request a refund is through ClickBank Order Support.
- Visit CLKBank.com.
- Enter the email address used for your purchase and the requested order information.
- Locate your RelationshipSignal order.
- Select the option to request a refund.

Include the email address used during checkout, the product name, and your ClickBank order number if available.
Never send your complete credit card number, card security code, account password, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through ClickBank and are generally returned to the original payment method.
Processing time after approval may depend on the payment method and financial institution involved.
Product access after a refund
RelationshipSignal products are digital products and may include online learning material, guided practices, downloadable resources, or customer-portal access.
When a purchase is refunded or reversed, access associated with that purchase may be discontinued.
Duplicate or mistaken purchases
